Shipping & Returns
Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day!
We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order. We use recycled materials in our polybags and biodegradable packaging, when possible.
Shipping:
All items are shipped by either Canada Post Xpress Post (Canadian Orders) or UPS (International orders).
Generally, Canadian shipments under $100 in value and under 3 lbs. in weight take between 2 and 7 business days for delivery.
Shipments over $100 and/or over 3 1bs. in weight ship via UPS. UPS ship times vary depending on what area of the country we are shipping to. We are near the West Coast, so shipping using standard UPS can take up to 6 business days to the East Coast.

Orders are typically shipped the same or following business day. You will be notified by e-mail if the item is not available to ship within 2-3 days.

Our Refund Policy
At Critter Mamas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund.
We must receive the return within 14 days from the day of purchase arrival. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Please contact us through our Contact page to discuss your order.
